Their need: Shafer Insurance offers training for the staff of hundreds of East Tennessee businesses to understand how to mitigate risks such as drug use in the workplace. Their vision was for their video to be engaging, entertaining, and memorable.

Our Solution: To satisfy the employee and supervisor training certification requirements, we created one and two-hour films that covered the material. We supplemented the training content with testimonials of people personally impacted by drug use and filmed reenactments of workplace accidents, common behavior of those under the influence, and examples of how to de-escalate difficult situations.
