Payment Schedule: Payment terms will be outlined in the project agreement and may include a deposit, progress payments, and a final payment.
Late Fees: Late payments may be subject to a late fee.
Cancellation: If a project is canceled by the client, fees may be incurred for work already completed.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
Sherwood Media retains copyright ownership of all original creative work produced, including scripts, storyboards, and footage. The client will be granted a non-exclusive license to use the final video for specified purposes, as outlined in the project agreement.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information disclosed during the course of the project.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sherwood Media shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or the services provided.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sherwood Media and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.
